In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the aaa88 platform.
• "aaa88 Platform" means the website https://aaa88.bet, all subdomains, the mobile web experience, and any associated services operated by aaa88.
• "Balance" means the aggregate amount of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot machine, bingo room, sports bet, or other wagering activity made available on the aaa88 Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by aaa88 to Players under specific promotional terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to or use of online gaming services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a stake of real-money funds placed by a User on any Game outcome through the aaa88 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and age verification process required to access certain account features, particularly withdrawals above specified thresholds.

By accessing the aaa88 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the aaa88 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. 3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the aaa88 Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts – whether in your own name or using other identities – is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. aaa88 reserves the right to suspend any Account where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. aaa88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and choosing a strong, unique password. You must notify aaa88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Account Activity

All activity conducted through your Account – including all Wagers placed – is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized the specific action. aaa88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access where you failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. aaa88 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts, provided the Account Balance is not reduced below zero. Players will be notified before any inactivity fees are applied.

4.4 Account Currency

All Account Balances and Wagers on the aaa88 Platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in PHP.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aaa88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Payment method availability may be subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with your Account. aaa88 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 60 minutes of approval.

5.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

aaa88 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or upon first withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

aaa88 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. aaa88 reserves the right to request documentation explaining the source of deposited funds and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

6.1 Wager Placement

A Wager is considered placed and binding once confirmed by the aaa88 system. Once a Wager has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player unless specifically permitted under the rules of the applicable Game.

6.2 Insufficient Funds

If your Account Balance is insufficient to cover a Wager, the Wager will not be accepted by the aaa88 system. aaa88 does not offer credit facilities of any kind.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical fault, server error, or communication failure that prevents a Game from completing normally, aaa88 reserves the right to void Wagers affected by the malfunction and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts. Published game results are final where the game was completed without technical interruption.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on aaa88 – including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, football, and snooker – are subject to individual market rules displayed at the point of betting. In the event of an event postponement, cancellation, or rule of play change, the applicable market settlement rules will be applied in accordance with published sports betting guidelines.

6.5 Errors in Odds or Prices

aaa88 reserves the right to void Wagers placed at incorrectly published odds or prices resulting from a manifest error. Players will be notified of such voidance and stakes will be returned to the affected Accounts.

aaa88 may from time to time offer Bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus principles applicable to all aaa88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• aaa88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaa88 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one Account per individual.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to exploit game mechanics or gain unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or criminal purpose.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in chip dumping or deliberate loss of funds to another Account.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, cooling-off, or self-limit restriction applied to your Account.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all aaa88 Account holders and may be activated or adjusted from the Account settings dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on funds deposited into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session termination after a set period of gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary pause on account access lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term suspension of account access, ranging from 6 months to indefinite exclusion.

Increases to deposit or loss limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened once activated.

All content on the aaa88 Platform – including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, images, and user interface design – is the intellectual property of aaa88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aaa88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any aaa88 Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaa88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aaa88 Platform – including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming enjoyment.

aaa88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, those warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

aaa88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aaa88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• Continuation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the Account holder, aaa88, or third parties;
• The Account holder's information has been found to be false or incomplete; or
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the restriction or closure.

Upon closure of an Account, any verified Balance held in the Account at the time of closure – net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture – will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any required verification and the absence of any applicable legal hold.

You may close your own Account at any time by contacting aaa88 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

aaa88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via email notification to the registered email address or through a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the aaa88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact aaa88 through the official support channels to seek an informal resolution. aaa88 will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
